“Christus declarat quatuor excellentias de seipso altissimas, et:
Prima est humanitas temporalis
Secunda divinitas eternalis
Tercia autoritas iudicialis
Quarta benignitas universalis.
Et in his fundamentaliter constituit fides. De ultima quia se voluit humiliare in complendo patris voluntatem dicit thema” (f. s4v)

Translation: |
Christ manifests four utmost marvels about himself, namely:
First, his temporal human nature;
Second, his eternal divine nature [divinity of Christ];
Third, his authority to judge;
Fourth, his universal mercy.
The faith rests on this fundation. And the thema speaks about the last one, since he wantes to humble himself in front of the Father's will.
