| Translation: |
On the mysteries of the sacrament of the Eucharist, the knowledge of which excite and inflame the believers to fervour and devotion.
About this sacred sacrament, we shall clarify three mysteries:
The first concerns establishment: how Christ established the sacrament of the Eucharist during Supper and ordained the Apostles priests; and how this sacrament fullifills itself in the dual shape of bread and wine; and if we have to consume both.
The second concerns prefiguration: the figures that foreshadowed the sacrament of the Eucharist and the seven qualities of Manna in relation to this sacrament.
The third regards fruitfulness: on the seven fruits gained by those who faithfully and devotedly take the Holy Communion.
