De sacramento eucharistie ad quod devote suscipiendum fideles invigilare debent
Idcirco propterea que dicta sunt adhuc videbimus quedam non inmerito, de hoc benedicto sacramento dilucidanda. Proponemus itaque tria principalia mysteria que apostolus in verbis preallegatis explicavit et annotavit, videlicet:
Primum dicitur transubstantiationis: de transubstantiatione panis in carnem et vini in sanguinem Christi et de conditionibus admirandis ipsius transubstantiationis
Secundum manducationis: de multiplici manducatione corporis Christi et de dubiis que circa illam haberi possunt
Tertium consecrationis: de potestate consecrandi concessa sacerdotibus rite ordinatis secundum formam Ecclesie, qui soli conficere possunt.

On the sacrament of the Eucharist, which the faithful should devoutly receive and be vigilant about.
Therefore, we shall now examine some things that have been rightly said, in order to shed light on this blessed sacrament. We will present three main mysteries that the Apostle explained and noted in the aforementioned words, namely:
Firstly, the mystery of transubstantiation: concerning the transubstantiation of bread into the flesh and wine into the blood of Christ, and the admirable conditions of this transubstantiation.
Secondly, the mystery of partaking: concerning the manifold partaking of the body of Christ and the doubts that may arise regarding it.
Thirdly, the mystery of consecration: concerning the power of consecration granted to properly ordained priests, according to the custom of the Church, the only ones that can consecrate.
