In hac epistola velud in pomerio fructum colligemus et hic fructus erit videre iusta verbum propositum qualiter civis se debet habere ad civem et vicinus ad vicinum. Nam vicinus debet esse suis vicinis humilis et subvenire, oppressos liberare, desolatos consolare, et sic de aliis operis misericordie.

Translation: |
In this epistle, as in an orchard, we have to collect a fruit and here the fruit will be to see, according to the proposed words, how a citizen must behave with another citizen and a neighbour with a neighbour. Indeed, a neighbour must be humble with his neighbours and help them, free the oppressed, comfort the desolate people, and all the other works of mercy.
