[f. l8v] The gospel, as a whole, shows two things: 1) Firstly, Christ accuses the Jews of dishonouring their parents (“Quare transgredimini mandata”, i.e. “honour the father and the mother”); 2) Secondly, [Christ] corrects them about simulated justice (“Ypocrite”).
[f. m1r] The gospel, as a whole, shoes three things: 1) Firstly, the scribes’ question (“Tunc accesserunt etc.”); 2) Secondly, Christ’s answer (“Quare vos transgredimini”); 3) Thirdly, their reproach (“Hypocrite, bene prophetavit de vobis Isaias”.
