Unde in presenti sermone de prima fidei vere conditione que est quod sit charitate formata (gratia Dei) duo declaremus salutis nostre documenta, scilicet:
1) Primum fidei formate realitatem;
2) Secundum fidei formate necessitatem.

Hence, in this sermon concerning the first condition of true faith, i.e. the fact that it is formed by charity, we'll illustrate (with God's grace) two useful teachings:
1) The first, about the reality of the formed faith;
2) The second, about the necessity of the formed faith.
