Unde in presenti sermone de luxuria gratia Dei tria declaremus salutis documenta, scilicet: 1) Primo luxurie magnum periculum; 2) Secundo luxurie processum et gradum; 3) Tertio luxurie bonum remedium.

Therefore, in this sermon about lust we can illustrate (with God's grace) three useful teachings: 1) Firsty, concerning the great danger of lust; 2) Secondly, concerning the process and gradualness of lust; 3) Thirdly, the good remedy for lust.
