Unde in presenti sermone de restitutione gratia Dei tria declaremus salutaria documenta, scilicet: 1) Primum de persona que ad restitutionem obligatur; 2) Secundum de re aliena que restitui teneatur; 3) Tertium de persona cui res rite restituatur.

Therefore, in this sermon about restitution we can illustrate (with God's grace) three useful teachings: 1) The first, concerning the person obliged to return; 2) The second, concerning the thing of others that must be returned; 3) The third, concerning the person to whom the thing is to be duly returned.
