Unde in presenti sermone de iusto iudicio gratia Dei quinque declaremus salutis documenta, secundum quod quinque requiruntur ad iustum iudicium:
1) Primo iudex ad sententiandum;
2) Secundo actor ad accusandum;
3) Tertio reus ad respondendum;
4) Quarto testis ad probandum;
5) Quinto advocatus ad defendendum.

Therefore, in this sermon about fair judgment we can illustrate (with God's grace) five useful teachings, since five things are needed for a fair judgement:
1) Firstly, the judge to passe sentence;
2) Secondly, the plaintiff to accuse;
3) Thirdly, the accused to reply;
4) Fourthly, the witness to give evidence;
5) Fifthly, the lawyer to defend.
