Therefore, in this sermon about language, i.e. speaking, we can illustrate (with God's grace) three useful teachings:
1) Firstly, concerning the cause of speaking;
2) Secondly, concerning the goodness of speaking (i.e. the good use of language);
3) Thirdly, concerning the malignity of speaking (i.e. the bad use of language).
