Et in his preceptis secunda, idest pudicitialis, religiositas indicata est, que utique observatur cum matrimoniale coniugium per sanctificationem pudicitie honoratur […]. Ad quod dicendum quod in matrimoniali actu […] potest venire mortalis culpa. Et hoc maxime propter tria:
• Primo videlicet propter inordinatam affectionem;
• Secundo propter nimiam frequentationem;
• Tertio propter circumstantem conditionem.

These precepts show the second form of religiosity, namely the modesty-based one, which is observed when we honor the marital union through the sanctification of modesty […]. It must be said that in the marital act mortal sin can occur, especially on account of three things:
• first, on account of disordered affection;
• second, on account of excessive frequency;
• third, on account of a surrounding circumstance.
