Iuxta ergo preostensum ordinem ad tres ultimas religiositates simul dirigamus sermonem, de quibus videndum est: primo quo loco res aliene restituende sunt; secundo quomodo; tertio vero quare, scilicet restitui debent.

Following the order already set forth, let us now direct our discourse to the last three forms of religiosity together. Concerning these, we must consider: first, in what place another’s goods must be restored; second, how; third, why, namely, why they must be restored.
