Ad honorem Virginis matris Dei, in hac quinta contemplatione de gloria paradisi […] tres contemplationes de Virgine matre per ordinem distinguamus:
• primo enim contemplemur eam gratiis coronatam, ibi: «Astitit regina»;
• secundo in gloria exaltatam, ibi: «a dextris tuis in vestitu deaurato»;
• tertio ab omnibus honoratam, ibi: «circumdata varietate».

In honor of the Virgin Mother of God, in this fifth contemplation concerning the glory of paradise […], let us distinguish in order three contemplations concerning the Virgin Mother:
• first, let us contemplate her crowned with graces, there: «The queen stood»;
• second, exalted in glory, there: «at your right hand in golden garments»;
• third, honored by all, there: «surrounded with variety».
